Everyone is on and on about how the maker of the movie fucked up our favourite Merc with a Mouth. I know, he looks horrible and I was equally shocked as you guys! BUT! HAHAAA! 
yep, at the end of the movie there's a scene in which Deadpool grabs his chopped off head and TA-DAAA! His mouth are unsealed again! xDD I was so happy to see that I ran to the other room cheerin' and laughin'. I recommend watching that scene, it's only 30 sec (maybe less) long.
